Heath Ledger’s death: The real story

Update: July 27, 2016;  Heath Ledger’s father Kim Ledger told a reporter that Heath’s death was entirely his fault because he took the drugs and said that Heath’s sister had warned Heath the night before his death about mixing medications.

“His sister was on the phone to him the night before telling him not to take the prescription medications with the sleeping tablets,” Kim Ledger said.

“He said: ‘Katie, Katie, I’m fine. I know what I’m doing,'” Kim Ledger recalled. “He would have had no idea.”

Famous radio personality, Danny Wright (Wright All Night syndicated radio show) interviews Patrick Wanis for his insights into Heath Ledger’s death. Recorded just a few days after Heath’s death, Patrick Wanis says that his experience, insight and expertise tell him that Heath was suffering from depression. Later, revelations about Heath prove Patrick to be accurate in his comments and summary of Heath.

But Patrick goes much further and much deeper into Heath’s psyche, chillingly predicting that much more will be revealed about Heath in the time to come and Patrick is proven correct yet again.

When the NYC medical examiner finished Heath Ledger’s toxicology report 15 days after he was found dead in his New York apartment, they ruled that Heath Ledger’s death was caused by “acute intoxication” and abuse of prescription medications.

Ellen Borakave, spokesperson for Office of Chief Medical Examiner said:

“Mr. Heath Ledger died as the result of acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam and doxylamine. We have concluded that the manner of death is accident, resulting from the abuse of prescription medications.”

The DEA announced that they would probe into how Ledger obtained his many prescriptions:

“We are working with the NYPD to identify any illegally prescribed drugs that may have been prescribed to [Ledger],” said, Drug Enforcement Administration spokesman Erin Mulvey.

On March 1, 2008, two doctors investigated over Heath Ledger’s drug overdose death were cleared by US officials. Medics in Los Angeles and Houston, Texas were probed over the prescription painkillers that contributed to Heath’s death. The Drug Enforcement Agency discovered that the doctors in question had prescribed Ledger other medications – not the pills that killed him.

Meanwhile, during other media interviews, in the days after the toxicology report, Patrick Wanis asked the question that most other people either shied away from or did not even consider: “Why was Heath taking pain killers such as Oxycodone (Oxycontin)? What physical pain was suffering that required he take Oxycontin? Oxycontin is usually prescribed for pain, serious pain. What physical pain was Heath suffering?”

Patrick Wanis went further and boldly stated on XM radio, “When the truth comes out, everyone will be shocked because someone acted irresponsibly and maybe illegally in helping Heath to get these medications. How did he get them? And why did he abuse those medications?”

Meanwhile on Danny Wright’s syndicated radio show, recorded just days after Heath Ledger’s death, Patrick Wanis defines depression and reveals the way men handle depression versus the way women handle depression.
