Description
1. Phone consultation prior to Full-day in-person session (30-45 minutes) usually one day before
2. Full-day In-person session (9 AM to 4/5 PM) – Recording of summary of the day at end of session – usually 1 hour)
3. Phone consultation following Full-day in-person session (30-45 minutes) usually next day
