Personally I’m working on getting out of my Depression (may be cause by stress), and what I’ve learned is that if I get stress it affects immediately my treatment, and I go back and have to start again. Now I’m trying some thermal massagers that incorporate hot stones (Jade I think there called), and with a bit of Aikido, I think I’ve managed to forget my anxiety and focus on what is really important; Moving ahead.

I’m not cured ether, but as I Commented on your pass blog I think it’s always important to identify what’s happening before it happens, and I think your list of symptoms is good to have it at hand.
By the way, thanks for your offer but its way beyond my budget, and any way I’ve been following your blog for a real long time and and you don’t imagine howi it has helped me.

Thanks again

Your recommendations of relaxing models are good and can really help. There is also a natural nutritional supplement being released to the market in a few weeks.

It helps people who are tired, stressed or depressed.
It is having great results now in the pre-launch stage that is having success in over 80% of people in the test market. If you would like more information you can contact me at bill@opendoorforyou.com.

I have fibromyalgia and have found that stress is a trigger that leads to flare-ups, fibro fog, increased levels of pain, etc. After listening to my body and doing a lot of research I came to the conclusion that FMS is an outcome of several things. Chronic, high level stress (for me, chronic PTSD) and a build up in my body of toxins labeled endocrine disruptors and bio-accumulative toxins.

I’m not “cured” but have come to a place where I have some quality of life and minimal symptoms – and am currently only taking one medication.

Stress reduction techniques (meditation, visualization, music, audio/hypnosis recordings, Reiki, etc) have helped tremendously – as have changes in my nutrition (whole grains, fresh foods, organics).

Now, if only more people had these realizations and techniques!! They really should be taught as life skills in our schools…
